People First is implementing the project entitled “Women (VoT) – Led Promotion of Tourism in Albania’s North”. This project is funded by the Small Grants SchemeCooperation between CSOs and groups of former victims of trafficking (VoT) and domestic violence (VoDV) for the economic empowerment of victims” that the “Family and Child Care Center” (KMOP) – Greece cooperation with Different & Equal (D&E) is implementing with the financial support of the European Union. We are looking for fowling position:

Curriculum Development Expert

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and evaluation of a new curriculum in the truism field.  
• Conduct research and consult with faculty, staff and business representatives in the design and development of a new curriculum.
• Coordinate the review/assessment of the current curriculum to ensure that the course/program is meeting the intended objectives and requirements.
• Prepare instructional material for printing and develop outlines with the necessary basic detail to direct instruction.
• Develop curricular goals and outlines for a new curriculum and curriculum updates.
• Work with the Executive Team and program staff.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written; research, develop, present, and promote projects; work independently; prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
• Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness.
• Knowledge of current techniques and procedures used in the design and development of the curriculum.
