People First – Aktiviteti i zhvilluar në Drejtorinë Rajonale të Formimit Profesional Publik Durrës me fëmijët e Qendrës së Zhvillimit Rezidencial
Projekti “People First – Rritja e Turizmit përmes Burimeve Njerëzore të Kualifikuara” vijon zhvillimin me sukses të kurseve të Hoteleri-Turizmit, praktikave mësimore dhe aktiviteteve të ndërgjegjësimit, në të katër anët e Shqipërisë. Sot, më 8 Nëntor, 2017, 22 studentë, të cilët sapo kanë përfunduar kursin 6 javor të profesionit të Kuzhinierit dhe aktualisht po kryejnë praktikat mësimore në bizneset e Hoteleri-Turizmit, në Rajonin e Durrësit, demonstruan aftësitë e përftuara në kurs gjatë aktivitetit të zhvilluar pranë DRFPP Durrës, për 15 fëmijë me aftësi të kufizuara të Qendrës së Zhvillimit Rezidencial, Durrës. Studentët, nën drejtimin e instruktorit të talentuar të Kuzhinës, Z. Xhaferr Bejdo, shpalosën njohuritë e tyre profesionale përmes një larmie gatimesh të shijshme e plot fantazi, të cilat iu servirën femijëve në drekën e organizuar posaçërisht për ta.
Ky aktivitet, mbështet fuqishëm realizimin e njërit prej qëllimeve thelbësore të “People First” – edukimin e të rinjve për një funksionim të tyre në punë e në shoqëri, pa diskriminim dhe qëndrime negative, për arsye përkatësie, gjinie, paaftësie, etj, përfshirë dhe të drejtën e trajtimit të barabartë të të gjithë individëve për të marrë shërbimet e Turizmit, në zbatim të ligjit Nr. 10221, të datës 04.02.2010, “Për mbrojtjen nga diskriminimi”.
People First – Activity developed in the Regional Directory of Public Professional Formation Durrës with the children of Residential Development Center.
“People First – Enhancing Tourism through Qualified Human Resources” project, continues the successful development of Hospitality courses, internships and awareness activities across all over Albania. Today, on November 8, 2017, 22 students, who just completed the 6-week course of the Cook profession and are currently conducting internships in the Hospitality-Tourism businesses, in Durrës Region, demonstrated the skills acquired during the course of the activity developed in DRFPP Durrës, for 15 children with disabilities of the Residential Development Center of Durrës. The students, under the guidance of the talented Cook’s course instructor, Mr. Xhaferr Bejdo, unveiled their professional knowledge through a variety of delicious and full of fantasy, dishes, which were served to children during the lunch organized especially for them.
This activity strongly supports the realization of one of the essential goals of “People First” – educating young people for their functioning in work and society, without discrimination and negative attitudes, for reasons of belonging, gender, disability, etc, including the right to equal treatment of all individuals to receive tourism services, pursuant to Law no. 10221, dated 04.02.2010, “On Protection from Discrimination”.
